At Sweet Moments, all chocolate cakes are made from a genuine top quality Dutch cocoa powder with a deep rich chocolate colour and a bitter sweet flavor. All are 3 layered, filled and masked with butter cream (vanilla/strawberry). They are covered with chocolate icing/ganache. These layered cakes are very impressive, with a rich colour due to the Dutch –style cocoa powder that it contains.
We can decorate with endless ideas that suit your taste such as with roses, petals, leaves, curls, cigars, plates etc. It can be as fancy as simple as you like. We use a combination of dark/milk/white chocolate to make it beautiful as well as tasty!
We make Chocolate Mud cake which became an instant hit famous within a short period. You also can grab one for a bit more price (a mere $3 extra)

We are expert from simple decoration to three dimensional modelling. Decoration can be chocolate based or sugarpaste icing as you like it. Every piece of the decoration is edible so there is no wastage. All our earlier cakes when put on the table, the decoration was eaten first by kids before going for the cake itself!
Celebration cakes can be fruit cakes, tortes, black forest gateau …………..and each can be decorated as per your liking.
